Storm damage can come in many forms.  Wind, rain, storm surge and flooding are all possibilities during a storm.  Size, duration and intensity of the storm is also a factor in what kind of damage a community can expect during a local storm. In a tree lined community damage from a storm can be extensive.  When tree branches smash windows, roofs and cars the damage can be severe.  Our clients were thrilled that crews were onsite within 4 hours to board up and start mitigating the water.  Keeping trees trimmed and away from the home can help limit damage.  Strapping down outdoor furniture and removing garbage can, pots and other items that could turn into projectiles is another storm safety measure.
